QA comment:

3 small things:
-  FAIL    misc/cronjobs/delete_deleted_records.pl
   FAIL      forbidden patterns
     forbidden pattern: Koha is now under the GPLv3 license (line 78)

- There are some bad indentations: 8 spaces instead of 4

- Maybe it would be great to list the deleted biblios even if the confirm flag
is not set.
