I also see that you *can* add borrowers with no cardnumber to a borrower list
if you tick the box next to their name in a result list and -> add to list. 

patron_lists/list.pl?patron_list_id=2 < from here you cannot add borrowers with
no cardnumber, so I think I've come to think this is a bug and not a feature.
