Ready to be signed!
It makes all simple and fastadd fw as copies of default and preserves previous
hidden values, so no change except new fields.

But.. I think that we will have a big conflict with Bug 11330, first patch
needs to be discarded except for changes on default, and Katrin's followup can
stay.

Or.. this can be rewritten. It's one or the other.
