A patron search with borrowernumber doesn't seem to work correctly.

To reproduce: 
- Go to patrons module
- Open advanced patron search options using plus
- switch search field to borrower number
- search for a small borrowernumber (for example 3)

The results in my database were over 200 patrons, not all borrowernumbers
contained a 3, nor did all cardnumbers.
