When viewing bibliographic record in non-MARC format, punctuation and space not
displaying for Author (Marc 1XX/7XX) headings (in both staff client and OPAC).

For example:

Victoria. Department of Transport

is being displayed as:

VictoriaDepartment of Transport (stripped existing full stop and space).

Also in OPAC (when viewing in non-MARC format), there are two dashes (--)
proceeding the corporate author headings (Marc 110/710).
