a pretty easy patch to test...

1/ turn on 'OpenLibraryCovers' syspref, (also consider turning off
'OPACAmazonCoverImages' and 'GoogleJackets' sysprefs, so you dont confuse
yourself :) )

2/ search OPAC for a keyword, notice a small openlibrary cover image

3/ apply patch

4/ repeat step 2 - now notice a bigger openlibrary cover image
