We tried individual bugs first (after all, that's how we started), but it
proved to be merging/testing nightmare, too interwined).
I don't think the problem is

I have submitted the full patch (again) because of the conflicts, and did not
know how to create just a patch with conflict resolution (it was a full merge,
hence huge). If you want me to do any other kind of patch that will make
sign-off easier, please say so.

Re whitespace errors, I could not find any.

ReservesMaxPickUpDelay is bit of a nightmare. I'm not sure what exactly
happened there, but seems to be reintroduced or something with 7408. What shall
we do with that one?
