Added starman with cpan now..

Re-running 'sudo /etc/init.d/koha-plack.sh start' now results in:

Starting Koha Plack Daemon
/etc/init.d/koha-plack: 72: [[: not found
chown: cannot access `/home/koha/koha-dev/var/run/plack/plack.sock': No such
file or directory
