Now it runs. But you must set permissions even as superlibrarian.

Install/Uninstall/Configure ok.

Image in example is not showing
(/plugin/Koha/Plugin/Com/ByWaterSolutions/KitchenSink/logo.png gives error)

When run tool/report or configure it mangles (example) branch name:
  Institut Protestant de Théologie
becomes
  Institut Protestant de ThÃ©ologie
