Yes. If we simply switch to using ,phr searching for only part of a multi-word
call number will not work with GRS-1. For example, I have a library which has
call numbers like "Letter Smith John." If someone remembers the call number as
"Smith" so far as I can tell a callnum,phr search will not find it for GRS-1,
and until GRS-1 is fully deprecated and removed, I am loath to break it.
