Bug 9391: FIX display status in serials-collection

Caused by a bad copy/paste in Bug 8782

To test:
1) Look at the detail page of any subscription
2) Click on the serial collection link in the link list on the left
3) Look at the issues, create some new issues using the "Generate next"
button
4) Check status column of the table of issues
