I cannot get this problem to appear even without the patch. When I transfer the
book from Library B, it gives me the option to ignore the hold. If I do that,
nothing happens because the book is at library B. When the book arrives at
library A, it does not give me the option of ignoring the hold because the book
is already waiting. What am I missing here?
