I forgot to post one part of the test plan, sorry. It turns out that in Firefox
you have to *empty* the app cache and system cache when the code is updated
frequently in a short period of time because shift-refresh does not reload
pages that have an HTML5 manifest, and Firefox does not seem to follow the
Application Cache specification's instruction that the web browser is supposed
to check for new versions of pages whenever the manifest changes. Could you try
again after clearing the cache and then shift-refreshing?
