template changes to add accession date to the catalgoue report

The following patches add the ability to limit the catalogue report according
to the date an item was accessioned. For our academic accreditation, we are
required to produce a report showing the number of books added to our library
in the last year in a particular subject area (call numbers are used to limit
to this area). This patch makes that possible.
