Conditioning on the borrowernumber seems reasonable, but it doesn't belong in
the C4::Content->userenv check, because it looks it up in the DB. Revised and
improved patch coming.

Wizzyrea requested pipe delimited category codes, so that Teachers and
Librarians could both seen hidden items, without having to group them into the
same patron category code.
