I looked at the patch diff above and reversed the lines of codes that was
changed by copying & pasting the old code back in. I'm emailing you our
Auth_with_ldap.pm file, I'm note sure if there were any changes between 3.12
and 3.12.1. I do know that there is some other people out there working on
changing the LDAP authentication, was trying to find the link but no luck so
far. But it appeared at the time that it was a complete re-write of the LDAP
authentication in Koha. Maybe slated for 3.14 release.
