The best way is to look at Zebra server output.
- launch Zebra server manually : zebrasrv -f /home/koha/etc/koha-conf.xml
- Set syspref QueryWeightFields on
- Perform a search on two words. For example : centre ville :
- Look at zebrasrv log :

=> You see that with double quote, there is some unconverted CCL into PQF query
