IMHO, it means that something get wrong when the Translation Manager (TM)
pulled the French .po files from Pootle. Since it seems that it doesn't happen
for other languages, it also can be a problem in the transfer from Transifex to
Pootle. This question has to be discussed with the TM, or on koha-translate
mailing list. Patching the .po files on the Git repository won't fix the issue:
the files will be overwritten at next update.
