In Biblibre Solr version of Koha, there are plugins that can be defined on
(sub)fields to perform such operations before indexing. One exists for ISBN
adding normalized and without hyphens forms.

Note that when using ICU indexing, the hyphen is a special separator so search
with or without hyphens matchs ISBN, even adding hyphens in random place.
