QA comment:
Add a new column (published date) for tables on the subscriptions tab (biblio
detail page). The patch fixes the ambiguous value "Date".

The patch introduces wrong capitalization, my qa patch will fix that.
Not blocker: it would be better to use the KohaDates plugin.
