Bug 9716 - opaccolorstylesheet must be filled in for CCSR

To test:

Empty out your opaccolorstylesheet system preference (for fun, but not
necessary, you can empty out your opaclayoutstylesheet preference too)
Switch themes to CCSR
Load the opac - if it doesn't go horribly wrong the patch is working.
