When I merge the two records, orders are not updated.
I think this is because GetOrdersByBiblionumber is called after DelBiblio and
aqorders table has a constraint "ON DELETE SET NULL".
So no orders are returned by GetOrdersByBiblionumber.
moving your added lines above the "#Deleting the other record" block may fix
the problem.
