I opted to use ttf font mapping in koha-conf.xml since it enables uses to use
non-free msttcorefonts package to get more precise mappings to built-in pdf
fonts (at expense of theirs freedom).

This patch also supports correctly italic, bold and bold-italic. If there are
no objections to this approach, I would love to address other two bugs which
are related to this patch during this week.
