The funds administration page uses a jQuery plugin called qTip to pop up a
tooltip with additional information about funds. This plugin has not been
updated to be compatible with the latest version of jQuery and should be
replaced. jQuery and Bootstrap both offer tooltip widgets which are candidates
for the replacement.
