Ah-ha. I don't think it even needs to automatically show the advanced pattern
form. I just wanted some sort of blank numbering pattern that doesn't set
anything so that the form isn't instructing me to select a numbering pattern
from among a series of inappropriate options.

The follow-up looks pretty simple, so I don't think I'll require another
