The link in the patch points to http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html, but I
imagine a future in which the "default" license at that URL becomes GPL 4. I
think it would be safer to link to a 3.0-specific page:

http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-3.0.html
