Follow to cordinate this ench with template tools-home.tt

After the writting of the patch, the template tools-home.tt has a little
change.

I have have tested the ench wit instruction and I confirm that works.
Attention on dir misc/edi_files, you need to give permission to koha and to web
server
user (standard: www-data on debian)
