doing this kind of goes against the push to de-librarianise the public
interface... *however* I agree that the browse feature was mislabeled, and that
this isn't a patron friendly feature in the first place. As Owen says, it
should be a logical label for those people who use it, i.e. librarians. 

Since it can be hidden, I have no qualms about changing the name.
