Steps to reproduce:
 1. Remove CGISESSID cookie (for Firefox: Edit » Preferences » Privacy » Remove
specific cookie)
 2. Go directly to this URL:
http://YOUROPACBASEURL/cgi-bin/koha/opac-detail.pl?biblionumber=X (where X is a
valid biblionumber)
