This patch doesn't apply for me through git-bz, but did apply using "git am
-i3u" after saving the patch. I just wanted to mention it if others are testing
too.

It works correctly to hide baskets with no items to be received, but I have one
worry: Are librarians going to be confused about how to access those baskets?
Should there be a "show all" link or something like that?
