Selenium tests

As a bonus here are selenium tests that create 3 holds for an user. The tests
create a biblio, a testuser and them use them to tests the holds.
Those tests aren't really solid, so you may have to change them a bit if you
want to use them. Also, make sure MaxHoldsPerRecord is set to >= 3.
