Thanks for QAing, Jonathan. I thought about moving it. But I think that this
pref that allows or not allows adding notes should be under Features. But I
agree that you have a point about the name of the pref. Probably, the name is
somewhat misleading.
Do you have a suggestion? Would OpacHoldNotes be an improvement?
