The patch does not have a sign-off line. Could whoever meant to sign it please
do so.

As the original author of MungeMarcPrice I fully endorse these changes.
However, I'd really like to see some unit tests to test all these various price
string situations. This sub should be one of the absolute easiest ones to write
unit tests for since all it does is take in a price string and return a price
string.
