Sample record (lots of items)

This is a sample record with lots of items and note fields. To use download and
do:

- Import the record:
 $ misc/migration_tools/bulkmarcimport.pl -v -b -m=marcxml
-file=sample_record.marcxml
 $ misc/migration_tools/rebuild_zebra.pl -b -a -z -v -x

- Have zebrasrv running, for example like this:

 $ zebrasrv -f ~/koha-dev/etc/koha-conf.xml -k 10240000 -v "fatal,warn,log"

- Do a search for "Arquitectura viva"
  You get no results
- Apply the patch series
- Re-do the search
  Voila
