The behavior introduced by this patch goes against the IndependentBranches pref
value. I'm not sure it is relevant.

Or maybe should we add the 2 values on the mainpage (total changes/lib changes)
and introduce a filter by branch on the members update page.

Don't hesitate to argue if you think I am wrong.
