Hi

I made a fresh install, create some overdue rules, and apply the patch.

I edited manually updatedatabase, to replace "13.00.XXX" with "15.00.XXX", then
I ran updatedatabase.

Some pages appears to be broken:

cgi-bin/koha/tools/letter.pl?op=add_form&branchcode=&module=circulation&code=ODUE
has lost the overdue template (the textarea is void)
and the Koha Module (now "Catalogue" instead of "Circulation")

has lost all the rules I have defined before the patch.
and cannot retrieve any notice template in the dropdown list.

I don't think it is linked with my manual operation on updatedatabase (the
changes were made in db structures).

So I must fail QA.
