(Nicole, in comment for Bug 10613 I say documentation about prices is poor.
Don't take it for you! I was just meaning if there were somewhere a detailed
specification page with all different "prices" and their expected behavior with
different vendor settings, it would be easier to agree on bugs to fix.)
