Thanks Jared for your quick patch!

QA comment:

I follow this feature from the beginning and all detected issues have been
taken into consideration.

Further improvement: displays the list of checkout and payment for a patron. At
the moment, if a librarian go back on the checkout page, the previous (but not
processed!) offline operations are not shown).
