[PATCH 2] Bug 9352 : More specific indexing of UNIMARC 7XX fields (DOM)

little correction : add 2 lines for "index_all" in the begining and the end of
biblio-zebra-indexdefs.xsl
(biblio-zebra-indexdefs.xsl is made from biblio-koha-indexdefs.xml with
xsltproc)
