[SIGNED-OFF] Bug 10309 - New OPAC theme based on Bootstrap

Add remote, merge branch, enable bootstrap theme.

Tested any feature I can: simple and advanced search, 
lists and carts, logging in/out, user data, change password, change
personal details, holds, search history, authority search, facets.

Tested on PC and android (phone & tablet)

For me it works well, and looks very well. 
But we can't fix any eventual glitch if it's not pushed
So I sign.
