Example : I've 3 items late, i've been suspended by overdues script.
I check-in only 2 => I must still be suspended.
There can be other reasons. So I agree we can't unsuspend safely.

Jonathan, about suspensions in days, they're calculated when the item is
checked-in. Do you imply there's a problem in this case ? (I haven't checked)
