QA comments:
 sorry guys, I think there's a regression: I could delete an order that has
been already recieved. I tried without the patch, and I couldn't, which is the
expected behaviour

Otherwise, there's a tab that makes qa tools complain, I'll provide a follow-up
also fixing some indentation & "bibnum" labeling
