Kind Paul, I wanted to say:
"I don't sign off the patch"
because the master was already OK without applying the patch: the master didn't
show diacritics badly.
I write the details of my test, because the bug could appear in another case,
or in another install.
In my opinion, with the test required I couldn't know if the patch fixed a bug
or not, neither if it really improved master in some way.
