[PATCH] Bug 10869: Allow the deletion of order line if the record is deleted

My last rebasing was wrong...
Paul, I integrated your changes in the main patch, as they were obvious.

I'd like to write a UT for DelOrder, but I see more and more different files in
t/db_dependant/Acquisition/

When a UT does belong to db_dependant/Acquisition.t, and when to separate file?
For me it would be more logic to put all the UT for a .pm file in a single .t
file, so we could reuse mock records or orders created for the test.
Is there a rule somewhere ?
