Hi Elaine,

the goal of this bug is a bit different, as the idea is to change the way we
create the specified frameworks on database level. But we have a place for your
frameworks on the wiki - http://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/MARC_frameworks.
If you want, you can upload them there or I can do it - just let me know.
