I have gone ahead and signed off on this, as with this patch applied I was able
to get authority searching working with DOM indexing on my test installation
and it seems to work well. As I am by no means a UNIMARC expert this is a bit
of a weak sign off - Jonathan, could you take a closer look in QA and/or
request another sign off?
