Hm, I think the separate tables are there for reasons - I am not sure how to
resolve the problem with the deleted biblionumbers. I tend to just keep the
number, as we do in other places and add querying of the deleted* table if the
information we are looking for is not found in the current table.

Maybe we can get some more opinions/ideas on this?
