A couple questions:

1) Should the "Fund" pulldown still be in the "Default accounting details"
section, since it's now defined per-record?

2) There doesn't seem to be a link to neworderempty.pl anymore, which is still
useful if you are ordering multiple items from a single record. It would make
sense to re-add this after the Show MARC / Show Card links.
