I've heard about this too - but I am not sure it's a bug, and I can't seem to
get my librarians to confirm that it is actually a bug either - they seem to
accept that it's just a change in what Koha displays here.

If someone wanted to put it back to the old way, my librarians probably
wouldn't complain, however.
