If a patron has relatives, the total replacement cost if the relative's checked
out items is included in the total for the patron's checkouts. This is very
confusing since those items are not listed in this table and there is no notice
explaining this. 

It seems like it would be better to have the patron's total at the bottom of
this table, and a new table footer for relatives checkouts ( which is currently
lacking a table footer ).
